Small jobs. Repair or replace hot water unit under kitchen sink. Repair lighting unit in Kitchen. (Will probably require some attic work) (NaiYang beach area)
1. Some water from the wachine machine drain is now flowing back into the garage instead of the drain.
2. There is an old leak that damaged the sealing at the front door and there is a black mould now that should be treated with anti mould paint. I think the leak has been fixed before.
3. The tap in the 2nd bathroom with jacuzzi is leaking .
4. There is no mosquito net at the window in the bathroom with the jacuzzi. The window frame has the space but the net is missing . So we can't ventilate this bathroom.
5. There is no key for the guesthouse door (house door does not fit) can we get the key or change the lock? Thanks.
